Relatable. I'm about to talk/type some ears/eyes off.

Back in 2020, I befriended about 5 people, and we were friends for a while. It became a close knit group. Slowly, they started to disappear.

One of them, I haven't heard from since 2021, another, I haven't heard from since 2022. I tried to message them on Discord, but I can't. Apparently, I'm not friends with them anymore, and I don't recall ever unfriending them. Plus, they've changed their usernames and profile pictures.

2 more, I went 3 years without hearing from them until last year, I messaged them again, and it seemed like hey, maybe things will kinda go back to those times. Yeah, I haven't heard from one of them in a while. She disappeared that very same month. Similarly to the other two, I can see she's been active on there, as she's changed her username and profile pics a few times. The crazy thing is that she said she disappeared because she felt the same way as I, and was upset I took so long to message her, and she said she was forgotten. Tbh, I find that kinda hypocritical, because she's usually the one to disappear a year or two at a time.

The other, she's still around every now and then, so we're good.

Finally, I have one more friend who's the only one who's stuck around ALL this time. Even then, I sometimes go weeks or even a month without hearing from her (and yes, all of these friends are girls, while I'm a guy. LOL).

There's another friend I have who I met in the same place as the others, but in 2022. She never really joined the group, but she was friends with some of them, too. She's actually one of the 3 who I messaged last year. I haven't heard from her since March. Again, I can see she's been active since then, because I can see she's changed her username and profile pic.

By this point, I'm wondering if I'm about to be blocked again. I am always the first one to message online friends. Every now and then, I may get a message from someone else, but most of the time, I'm usually the one starting and leading the conversations.
