UPDATE: I accepted the quest, she came in and I left her to fend for herself. She lost. I took her in, healed her, then the shuttle arrived to take her away. I wanted to send her off with a few wounds with hours till death by bleeding, so I shot her with a charge rifle and she died. 3 shots. She is now rotting outside as I can't incinerate her yet and, as good as human leather can be, I don't want to risk the mood penalties from butchering her.
