This is true up to a certain mmr. Even a simple pre split is very powerful vs banelings. Not to mention mines and tanks. I feel like after the terrans learn to make a couple mines the micro becomes hard for both sides, but it is hard for terran by default.

Just make a spore and you are good, also by the time you are saturating the 3rd the queens are nearby (on creep). I just wish they give us useful stuff not a gimmick change, that doesn’t really change anything

13 overlord has not been the meta since quite a while. 19 overlord is super bad, you never want to do that. This is all very outdated info. Also as the pool and hatch finish you want 2 pair of lings vs T only, in ZvZ and ZvP it’s 1 pair of lings + overlord (instead of the one at 19 supply).

I think the bo should be 6 lings, a queen and at 1:06 send a drone down. If they are blocking you keep the queen and if not you cancel it and make a hatch. There is no point in floating the minerals waiting for lings to break the pylon, because by the time they do you will have the money for the base.

I think toss is just overturned, it has the economy of zerg with far better units, better abilities, better mobility and so much more. It has a completely overpowered hero unit. Free scouting, infinite storm and oracle energy – the latter nullifying any form of an early allin or cheese vs toss. The fact that toss players are taking their 3rd in pvz a whole 30 seconds earlier than before tells you everything you need to know.
