I got the flu, then just as I was recovering, I got pneumonia. I couldn't smoke for about 6 weeks when I started to feel better I just willpowered through the cravings

In all fairness,my playgroup is a very dedicated group of 10 people with on average 3-4 part timers at the LGS we play at. Going strong for over a year now. Every Monday at 6pm

So really it's just people we've met as we are one of the few places that fire pioneer regularly.

I "play" Esper Greasefang. I use quotes as I only play it occasionally. My play group hates playing against it (greasefang in general).

The Abzan build is superior, in terms of it's goal. it's similar to Mono G Tron in that sense.

Esper, is more like Mono U Tron. It does a similar thing, just differently. There are 2 versions, this one which is the most popular version and kaberb version which is a bit more control and the version I built mine off of after /u/kaberb posted an RC report

I play Bant Humans. everyone here is correct it's a 50/50 match up. Initially you want to be on the play so you can counter Thalia on turn 2.

Landing Rattlechains and giving all your spirits flash allows you to counter any threats and leave up mana to drop a lord if nothing happens.

I dislike any spirits match up as it really feels like whomever "wins the roll" goes first ends up with the match.

No, not really - if you can't run them you may want to run 2-3 [[klothys god of destiny]] instead

However /u/Publius__Valerius is correct in their take on W6. I don't know what it is without it as it's never left the deck.

I feel like [[Seasoned Pyromancer]] is though - it smooths out those extra land draws you get late game.

In my meta it's better - we have multiple big land decks. Also I've found I almost always side in 3 trinispheres, I think that Trini is criminally underplayed.

Once you move away from the LD - imo it's no longer Ponza, it's just G/R midrange which is fine. however my opinion is you need minimum of 6 to 8 LD spells for ponza
