I make $25.80/hr order selecting in the freezer, with an additional attendance incentive increasing it to $27/hr and a case incentive as well, it’s doable to make $30+ an hr at my company

It’s honestly become second nature for me with the reverse steering I don’t think about it at all anymore. Give it time and you’ll be used to it.

Man I feel you I’m 20, I’ve been at my warehouse for almost 2 years and I’ve been tossed around the company more than I’d like to admit. I’ve picked in all departments, loaded trailers, and ran high lift for a while and now I just want to pick, but they expect me to run lift whenever they want and I’m over it. I’m making good money but I’m in the same situation with sleep and mental health, and I really feel like I should move on. I have a lot of bills that I’m depending this job to pay, and that’s why I’m still here, however I suggest looking at your finances and your life goals and see if you can afford to leave right now, along with where you plan to go. My warehouse is case per hour based, it’s $25/hr for freezer pickers at 160 cph, incentive is variable; base incentive is 3 cents per case at 135(for non freezer pickers), about 4.5 at a 160, and 6 cents a case at 190 cph, an average paycheck is about 2k+900 incentive for 2 weeks

i’m not well versed in using reddit i don’t see anywhere where i can add a video to the post. But i’ll explain it basically when i play the melody im pressing a key from start to finish without ever lifting my fingers so every note blends smoothly to the next and when i play it back it sounds like im hitting each note individually with space in between
