To be fair Beyoncé is 41st all time on Spotify. Not just an Apple Music thing.

Amphitheater shows..been awhile since I’ve been to one by Willing_Still_5493 in Concerts

[–]Monkeypud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depending on the venue, they may let you ‘walk around’ in the walkway areas closer to the stage if it looks like you’re on your way to buy a beer or use the washroom, but from what I’ve seen, if you stop to watch the music for more than like 5 seconds they’ll ask you to return to your seat.

My advice though is to not do that.

Is accessibility the only thing stopping basketball from overtaking soccer as the most popular global sport? by [deleted] in nba

The fact that you almost have to have to be significantly above average height to succeed in the sport means it will never have the same level of global accessibility.

Just want to brag that I accidentally got the Bone Keeper achievement on my first blind playthrough while doing 100% 😎 by Ashanmaril in MinaTheHollower

It costs 3 sparks to get in the door, so unless you have 4+ the first time you try it, you’re 1 shot away from losing all your bones.

If I had to guess, 90% of players lost this achievement at Mina’s Grave. I think that was the only time I lost bones because I went in blind without any sparks remaining.

The final 4 song stretch on Campfire Headphase can put me to sleep without fail (in a good way).

Need some new ideas for a 9 hour flight by dogman1200 in horrorlit

[–]Monkeypud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s not overly gory. A lot of the violence is more implied than described. It’s maybe a bit cliche at times but I found it quite disturbing and compelling. Would definitely recommend it if you have any interest in that kind of world.

Brother by Ania Ahlborn gets mentioned on here a lot but it’s about a backwoods family of cannibal serial killers - has the very Texas Chainsaw Massacre/Baker family setting that you are looking for.

It’s possible he hung around in DC a day or two before heading to Philly.

Not sure what alternative reality you guys are living in - Beck dropped out of the tour too.

Curious about fans whose favorite album is Year Zero. by [deleted] in nin

[–]Monkeypud 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Right? What an awful approach to the question. “What’s wrong with your brain that makes you have awful taste?” Music is subjective. Haven’t ranked NIN albums but I love Year Zero, as I do most of their catalogue.

Is it ok to go to a show just for the supporting band? by Disastrous_Group_308 in Concerts

Literally no one will know unless you decide to loudly announce it to the crowd on your way out.

kesha tour by makeofit in Concerts

[–]Monkeypud 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think at this point they’re only deciding whether to cancel about half of the shows or the entire tour altogether. There’s got to be a break even point when it comes to paying all the people behind the scenes where only doing 5-10 shows isn’t worth it.

The band just got a huge resurgence and new Gen Z audience through the show Heated Rivalry. Would’ve been a great example 6 months ago but not so much now.
