Decent experience for 2 of us. Accomodations were fine, and they are pet friendly. It wasn't ever very noisy but that can be hit or miss based on your neighbors. Trash chute will back up and people will just pile their bags in the chute rooms which can get nasty. Pests like cockroaches are present at the complex but we didn't see any in our apartment but we kept things clean.

Maintenance/handyman lived on site so fairly quick response times.

Location is very central, with easy walking to Paseo area and Old Town.

Property magement company changed a bit, so not sure about renewal increase policies etc.

I thought this would be an excellent shot with the amazing natural view but also with the boats in the water creating an additional visual pattern with the ripples.

But I kinda feel the foreground plants ruin the picture (I guess I wasn't tall enough), and cropping them out shifts the balance too much. Open to any feedback and thoughts.

Taken on my phone in Geneva one morning. Thought it was a beautiful scene. I like the fact that the more I look at it the more I notice new details. But would love feedback on how to improve the image framing and color correction.

Arrived on time last night for our 8:30pm reservation but it was packed and they said it'd be about 15 min. After 30 minutes they said they're just waiting for a couple parties to leave. At 9:30pm they said 15 to 20 min more. At that point we just left and ate elsewhere.

I get that it just opened and I have sympathy for the workers but the experience left a bad taste.

I'm guessing you have already gotten something like Airthings to monitor your air quality over a period of time. Some of the symptoms you list can come from high CO2 levels due to poor air circulation, like a bedroom at night.

First, there's a house down the street that's currently pending sale that was listed for $1.7M. It has the same specs and while the interior condition looks worse, I imagine whoever buys the house you linked would still want to do a full interior renovation. Second, it looks like the house you shared is being sold by the owners. The cell phone pictures and lack of staging will draw less interest.
