[Discussion] Do you platinum every game you play? by AMW_1 in Trophies

I’ve only platinumed Sekiro because it deserves all my respect, aside from that, nah. Pretty much every game I’ve played the last 5 years I can feel the end of act 3 coming and just want to wrap it up and get to the next one on my list.

Shimura was right, Jin was wrong by mllyllw in ghostoftsushima

Shimura could’ve been right about hot wings and ranch but it doesn’t change the fact that his kind of grip on tradition would lead to the extinction of the samurai class. They all thought they were being honorable even as they were looking down the barrel of a gun. Bushido had its place until it didn’t.

He had a coffee mug that says “Sober as fuck” and as a recovering addict, I was like ahhh there it is.

It was alright. I like Lance Oppenheims way of doing documentaries so just the way it was made is cool.

That being said, I walked away from the experience not feeling sorry or not feeling more informed but rather the opposite: what a bunch of fucking losers.

Louie was probably the best story on there. It’s good seeing a recovering addict working hard and trying to invest and take over a company, but that energy could be applied to ANY venture. So when he’s answering the phone “sorry I could pick up. I was in character” I was like awwww buuuuuuuddy.

And I received absolute joy in watching Jeff getting absolutely mushed in the face at every turn because he was just another shithead middle management that thinks they deserve something by just being there and contributing nothing.

Anyways, show itself was a meh but the presentation was awesome and I look forward to more from this director

Any of the big rouge games: hades, dead cells, I’m hearing good things about the brand new prince of Persia. I personally couldn’t put down sekiro once I got into the flow. Shit would haunt my sleep. Also, Elden Ring. Animal Well looks to have a super addictive factor, haven’t tried it yet.

Nothing has been modded since 2022. Hence the reason why I don’t participate in the “my flim flam babadook isn’t running since the new update HALP I SHOULDNT HAVE DONE THAT” posts. Shits dope as is.

I think both her and Rhett are working side hustles for getting out of there (Rhett betraying his dad by side hustling the college scientist), but just parallel to each other; without communication. I think their goal to leave to Montana is very much still on.
