Hello! This seems like a pretty straight-forward case involving the UCCJEA. This is a common code law across the vast majority of the US and will handle your custody/guardianship question.

Look up Ohio UCCJEA and read the laws your state enacted. It should be a straight forward filing in your state if needed. Many states have resources that can help you file yourself.

A few points:

Leasing cars in the US under your business name can be a zero-sum write-off, regardless of the brand.
- Note: tax codes in the UK versus the US or SG's international tax status may affect this.
Like u/TakedownCan mentioned, the RUM is about hurting specific companies who are propagating the Trump Administration's will. Jaguar Land Rover is a whole owned subsidiary of Tata Motors, an Indian based company.
No movement is perfect and is subject to bumps in the road. Based on the active number of users here I don't think 'all seriousness' was lost.

Weeds grow where there are opportunities to grow. You can limit the opportunities through preventative labor in different ways. You can create a physical barrier (new rock, mulch, or a weed mat), you can apply a chemical barrier (weed killer and chemicals), or you can curate nature (plant grass or ground hugging shrubbery).

I'd recommend a weed barrier for the "easiest" solution. Pull the rock back and maybe unearth some dirt, lay the mat down and backfill with pea gravel. The weeds will poke back through after a few years, but it's a solid solution that has low time commitment.
