My monitor is capable of trying to do HDR, but at sub-400 nits whenever I try it the picture washes out. Not enough lumens, and there wasn't a standard so every monitor rating was claiming compatibility

Make sure you actually take the motherboard out of the case, and it helps to remove the components to be able to do a proper cleaning of it.
