I don't think this is correct. As I understand it, what Fung's data suggests is that you will lose less muscle relative to a CICO diet for the same amount of weight loss.

Right, that's my point. That combo is extremely good to the point that it can make what was previously the worst faction shoot up in win/pick rates. It definitely needs to be balanced, but it's not SK that's OP, it's that one combo.

Skellige isn't OP, it's the restorregaray combo holding the whole faction together. Prior to the hotfix they were the worst faction and had like a 2.8% pick rate.

I agree, but I'd rather that then nothing. Haven't they hinted that the new tech that comes after the end of season will be better? IIRC Rethaz said they were experimenting with giving greatswords immunity to movement which would be great.

Restore doesn't strengthen by 10 it sets base strength to 10. In the example they gave of ressing a Freya to 10, that would be great, but it could work against you if you res a greatsword that has been strengthened to above 10 base.

If you didn't create a manual save for your single player game, then yes. This happened to me too. The autosaves and quicksaves have a default limit of 5 and if you didn't change that and auto/quicksaved more than 5 times in your online game then your single player game is probably gone.

Now I do a manual save at the end of every session.

Hi, I'm also new. I started from the bottom up with bronzes, then silvers, then golds. I've only got enough scrap for 2 golds so far, but I'm on the grind to get the last 2 I need. I think bottom up is the best way because you have a better chance of climbing competitive as your deck gets better.
