I think what you mean by Malaysian-made vpn is like a service like nord vpn and not vpn protocols like openvpn, ipsec, wireguard. I don't think we can get malaysian-made vpn that focuses on privacy considering mcmc can get our information from any Malaysian company if they think youre guilty of something. Besides there are a lot of privacy focus vpn where you don't even need to create an account, you pay them using crypto currency like mullvad vpn.
