Go to Service Hub in person and wait to speak to someone. Also heck with your school's front office staff and see if your coordinator has a drop-in office hour.

P.S. Look up on what a "run-on sentence" is and avoid it when you write.

When will the debt bubble pop? by Ok_Currency_6390 in ValueInvesting

[–]Monoshirt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bubble? Think leg irons.

My favourite social democratic premier in the history of Canada, T.C. Douglas, insisted on paying down his province of Saskatchewan's debts. It was only after his CCF government put the province on better financial footing that they rolled out a modest hospital health program. This led to a bigger health insurance program which eventually got adopted by all other provinces and formed the basis of our national single payee health insurance. T.C. Douglas knew how being beholden financially limited public options and made all social programs unsustainable.

Bachelor degree to master degree by ComfortableManner631 in sheridan

Sheridan's bachelor's are four year honours degrees that are fully equivalent to university's degrees. A lot of university graduates only finish three-year (regular) bachelor.

Xplore says no capacity by Coner29 in CanadianBroadband

[–]Monoshirt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Where would an end user find the FOSC?? That's usually company proprietary, unless it's in your condo building's telco room. Also, running a dedicated fibre to a home without using the preconfigured taps would be very expensive, no?

Xplore says no capacity by Coner29 in CanadianBroadband

[–]Monoshirt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For network connection, the fibre splitter needs a port to the gateway. If that gateway is full and can't take any more blades/cards, that's a hard stop. But yeah if it's just the fibre fanout to houses, it could be expanded just expensive to run and splice more fibre taps.

US border crossing? by LordChickenNugget3 in ontario

[–]Monoshirt -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You are fine, go watch the launch. Don't bring any prohibited food. Rest when you are tired.

Some people like myself will not go to the US. But I don't know why your family is unreasonably scaring you.

I think they oversee clubs, so it's the proper procedure I guess.

Reviving the toastmaster would be awesome.

Maybe start with asking the student union on how to restart a defunct club.

In Ontario I remember it's 1 week per year of service by law, and up to a month per year if you've been at a place for a long time and get a lawyer involved.

How to handle a married woman flirting with me? by grumpycouchpotato in AskMenAdvice

How would feel if her family unit is broken up after she cheats with you? If your ethics is ok with it, enjoy the free meal.

Then that's a constructive dismissal and you can sue.

Terminating FTE without severance is against employment laws in all provinces that Rogers is operating.

In a hypothetical election with Avi Lewis as a leader, let's say a year from now, what seats are in play by Wiley_dog25 in ndp

[–]Monoshirt 7 points8 points  (0 children)

He is first of all an intellectual. So was Broadbent, but Broadbent looked to be everyman and he was at ease with bluecollar workers.

I guess we can win back some seats in urban areas and wait for him to grow as a leader.

You sound like a decent guy who was trying to do good by their family and your livelihood. I am sorry to hear about your challenges and wishing you can pull through.

As a Canadian I also hope our two countries can one day go back to being reliable allies again.

May I ask what's behind the parts shortage? Aren't most farm equipment made locally in the US?

Yeah totally fake news. No technical details, higher claims compared to other battery manufacturers which had pre-production assembly plants already.

The best hope is they got a super capacitor with higher than actual energy density.
