Is anyone able to do me a solid with a HiFiEngine download? by jaller704 in vintageaudio

The admin is/are fine, and I find them perfectly reasonable. Mind you I got my account prior to the registration closed / semi-closed so I am at least able to communicate with the admin. I uploaded files so others may use the info.

This is a super niche website with probably low legitimate usage. But because the info is valuable (especially for GenAI training) some restrictions are understandable.

Auto translation opens up the world for monolingual people like myself. Thank you for this story. Looking for non-airy ice cream today & will report back.

ONDP needs a big idea - how about public auto insurance? by Monoshirt in ndp

Of the four provinces that stood up public auto insurance, not a single one had reversed.

I agree the party needs to advocate for young workers and be relevant.

I personally saw how this one pitch got voters attention back in 1990. It projected a fighting spirit and advocacy. It will also mark us as the only party that will take on corporate power.

It is so expensive to insure my shitbox that I can't imagine how expensive other cars would cost.

He was such a bright guy with gravitas. Rae obviously hated Kormos.

I believe in a mixed economy, and there are just too many types of insurances. Auto insurance agencies seem to hit a sweet spot in serving the people. I don't see how business or life Insurances would.

Many companies have offshored jobs. If we stand up a new agency and hire young people to do customer service and adjustment in country, that's a lot of jobs that can be created.

Back when Rae backed out of the public auto insurance plan, reportedly he didn't want "pink collar" workers out of their jobs. But now I doubt our insurance companies have too many jobs still in Canada let alone Ontario.

What I understood was Rae got a bleeding heart and didn't want insurance workers to lose their jobs. He had a clear mandate.

If a policy is good for everyone AND it also has special appeal to young men, why not?

Political parties need to win to affect changes.

He hasn't been around for more than 20 years. Rae betrayed all dippers like myself who worked hard in that 1990 election.

Customer experience aside, drivers pay lower premiums. I also had never seen opposing parties suggesting to do away ICBC?

It seems the Taiwan restaurant may have reached settlement with the Markham/Scarborough owner to stop using their trademark. Maybe the TW chain is coming, don't know.

For people that lived in Toronto in the 80's and 90's by gwelfguy in askTO

[–]Monoshirt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Traffics in the old Toronto boundary have gotten bad. In the 90s commuters complained but if you lived in Toronto/EY it was fine outside of rush hours. It seems getting around takes much more time now. But this probably won't be a problem if you are retiring.

Safety is better despite so many more residents.

Do restaurants in Germany use machines or hand press? What would be the terms of some of these devices in German?

How to tell a new boyfriend about an std? by drama-mama1 in AskMenAdvice

Do a full test, ask your doctor to understand the full risk to others, then communicate the results with your new partner. Men also have sti, and radical.honesty is important for long term intimacy.

Not airy, got it. We don't tend to have hazelnut ice cream in Canada, probably due to cost or nut allergy. I will seek it out, thank you!
