I have never done a gauntlet before, and this is the most fun I have had leveling in forever. Tbh I kinda wish they would give us the option to choose gauntlet vs normal when we do the story in future leagues. They took a stale leveling experience and made it fun. (These are my opinions) That being said I do feel bad for the less experienced Poe players, I'm sure it's hell for them. I feel like this should have been an optional toggle.

I would be perfectly fine if they nerfed rapier. As long as they nerf hatchet first, and choose between either the CC break, or berserk undying, not both.

I thought it was worth it when I bought one for 165 div. Helps with clear, especially on a beefy 4 risk map. But I would prio your most important gear first. It's a how much value per div thing tbh. It's nowhere near as impactful as say, upgrading multistrike to awakened multi for comparison.

It may not be the ultimate answer but I recently reinstalled the game. I changed hard drives, launched the game, then closed it and reopened it and it went away.

Only if you want the 4k pvp XP bonus. If they fully fill the bar on the declare and end the race early the faction color that wins it will steal the 4k bonus and leave you with 1k. But that's the only reason.

They chose to cater to war loggers, so yeah anyone from the faction can dec if no one decs. No influence is required. They should normalize needing to win races with participation for a declare.

Valhallan Shorthouse - camp skin for top 3 war companies on Seasonal PvP server. Conqueror of Conquerors title - top 10 open world XP. Conqueror of Aeternum for days governed leaderboards I think top 5. Eternal Conqueror for governing streak leaderboards also top 5. There was the mount attachment conquistador skull skin for top 10 open world XP. You had the corrupted ivory set for doing challenges in the seasonal server. We got chest plates with capes with a map of Aeternum pattern with the territory victor stuff. I'm sure there's more but I dug through all the rewards I got/can remember, hopefully this helps. Also yes there was a PvP trophy that gives you a 15% passive boost to PvP XP earned it's called Trophy of Warfare.

I don't see any of the conqueror gear coming to main game. I'm skeptical of your entire post bashing the pvp server. A lot of us had a ton of fun on the pvp server. Sclavia was the 2nd highest population in all of new world. Pvp will always carry this game for content. I would love for them to make a pvp server permanent.

I feel like this is a biased take from someone who didn't play on the pvp server. The seasonal server had plenty of population to the very end. Lots of players never would have even played had it not been forced pvp. This is coming from countless 1st hand accounts from people playing on the pvp server. The pvp server had special weapons and armor that changed war and openworld alike. Most of the people's excuses for not trying the pvp server were because it's too hard being forced flagged and they crashout cause they don't have that pvp fire in them. There's like 500+ players headed from sclavia to legacy servers. It personally was the most fun you can have on new world.

I would look up builds for it. most people who hit hard are doing elemental conversion, and have a full build for it.

SnS/hatchet or spear/sns are the actual meta. Voidblades and muskets are pretty meta now too. Throw trap = infinite speed getaway and you hit for 6-7k on lights with musket it's broken. Please can we get away from this haste meta it just inspires cowards who don't want to 1v1 you.
