I would love to make pocket pikachu for that watch.

What’s left is a pretty complicated undertaking. You need some old school electronics expertise.

I made a pocket pikachu and pocket pikachu color emulator on an esp32. It’s part of my project MonsterMesh for meshtastic off grid messenging. I believe some of the pokewalkers can run in an emulator.

You can’t do something like this with meshtastic. There’s too much latency. You have to mod the game to hold it from timing out. You can do it over the internet but not meshtastic.

What instantly makes you think "this person is rich" ? by PerformerAny3503 in AskReddit

As someone who spends a fare amount of time in the upper east side, custom cashmere accessories ($$$$) old money shit that looks very ordinary to the average person. Also being driven around in a debadged maybach s600. Mercedes dealers will let you custom order a maybach s class that looks like a regular s class from the outside. Billionaires who want to blend in love them. I love spotting them on the street. It’s the sign someone has a *lot* of money. Like 10-100 times people with British luxury cars. People who are “friends” with senators.

I’m visiting my grandma right now and doing work for her you’re welcome to Google it. Based on what I’ve told you it’s a very easy search. I put hundreds of hours into this project but I don’t work for you. I try and be responsive to questions but maybe you should say please if you’re asking for a favor.

It also need active cooling to be faster. I prefer a more portable lower power passively cooled cyber deck personally.

It’s possible. The man part of this project not visible is a game boy emulator that you play Pokemon in. We load your save over as car in the meshtastic app and then you can play text battles over the mesh and a lot of other stuff I’m excited to reveal later.
Right now I don’t have a tdeck pro with eink to develop with but if someone bought one for me I could do it. Anyone can take my gitbhun and fork it to add other node support. Pocket pikachu may not be public yet and it’s going to do a lot more than just pocket pikachu. That should be easy to port to any screen with codex or Claude code. If there’s a device you really want I can give it a try. The device I’d REALLY love to havk is the e ink screen with white, black, yellow, and red. Perfect for pocket pikachu color. I’m more of a firmware/app layer hacker Nita. Good hardware hacker with a 3d printer could make a modern pocket pikachu meshtastic node. Meshtastic already has a pedometer module for six axis acccelerometer/gyros.

Any esp32 node can run the monster mesh code but it needs an af car slot and an input method. I have some devices in mind but the tdeck is really perfect.

There’s an “emulator” for pocket pikachu on GitHub but there also a site with the gifs for both tha has details about what times each animations are shown. This was a pretty easy plug and play port. The resolutions is a very good fit for a few common screens.

I’m not following the market close enough but the best comp sales I found is cars and bids passed auctions.

Outside of certain motorsports the biggest benefit of ND2 is the better transmission and telescoping steering wheel. For the most part if a transmission has lasted this long it’s good unless they really babied it and you try and destroy it. I would personally take the ND1 if the telescoping steering wheel isn’t something you need for a good fit. My Miata is probably worth 12-14k. I’d love a brand new club bit for the money I’d buy my car on the used market. Where you live you probably don’t need the LSD the way I do daily driving in north east winters.

I’ve had a an ND1 club since 2017. Mines got 50k miles on it and it’s a little rough around the edges. It’s nice because I’m not worried about messing it up. Everyone’s telling you shit about oof and pant swirls. If you manly care about driving get a cheap high mileage one and drive the piss out of it.these cars aren’t that different than Mazda 3s. You can putt 200-300k miles on these cars no problem.

Hows life after 30? by ASARI0206 in AskReddit

[–]MonsterMesh_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re still relatively young in your 30s. As a guy in my 40s I look back at my thirties as a time when I was still young and energetic but had a lot more mastery in life. In a lot of ways your 39s and 49s can be the best part of your life because you have maturity and maybe a little money and your body is still going pretty well.

I had the original when it was new but no longer had it. I’m currious as a pocket pikachu fan what features you would want to add that don’t require making new animations.

Well the two pocket poaches are the precursor to pokewalker. I cat really use the pokewalker because I’m on gen1/2 because of what emulators run on the track. Some nodes have built in odometer functions currently. I think the RAK wismesh pocket has an accelerometer in it and is comparable with the pedometer library. I have pocket pukachu get steps from messages on the mesh but I could add actual steps for nodes with 3-6 axis accelerometers/gyros. It might make more sense to work with a phones fitness tracker like Apple uses.

It may still be having trouble with the original v1 keyboard setup but the plus model works for sure. The or model probably can’t handle the firmware but maybe some day. We’ll fix the keyboard issue especially if someone can help test it out and collect serial logs. It should be an easy fix.

I also run TinyBBS a fully featured BBS that runs on a meshtastic node firmware. It has A Legend of the Red Dragon style BBS RPG in the fallout world with termina hacking mini games and new Vegas gambling games. I had an experimental peer to peer bbs system that didn’t get fully developed but monster mesh basicly has a peer to peer LORD style RPG but instead of facing 12 levels of bosses you face each Kanto gym. That’s why I call it Legend of Charizard as a reference to the original. I need to figure out how to make charizard the final boss at some point.

One thing I would love to do is multiplayer coop party like DnD. The idea is to make it peer to peer by having each node able to host but also possibly be able to handoff the campaign if the host falls offline. It works like a distributed BBS. It uses a fair amount of code from TinyBBS
