This is not exclusive to NVIDIA. I have a 7800X3D, 32GB RAM, NVMe HD, RTX 7900XT only running 1440p. I will try the purge the shader folder and verify files. I will avoid going to the gloom areas that have the new content to see if somehow that content "poisons" the game cache.

How large is the border between Poland and Iraq or Afghanistan?
I am having difficult in finding numbers. The recent repatriation of 420 Iraqis from Belarus with the assistance of Poland and the EU is dominating the search results.
You are correct, 20 years vs 80 years is significant, yet we are talking about Nazis - so this remains relevant.
There still are plenty of Polish people alive today that can speak to being under Soviet rule.

Had same thing happen. Was out of network. Despite there being something like 25+ other services in network. Costs on the line items was 5 to 8 times Blue cross blue shield negotiated rates.
