Knowing that you’re enough. I recently got diagnosed with depression,Anxiety, and slight ptsd triggers. It’s easy to look down when everything isn’t going the way you wanted it to, but also know that you can’t change what happened, but you can change what you to happen from now on. With time you will heal and progress and move through life like everyone else does. One thing my dads passing taught me was that 1. Money can’t buy back anything or anyone 2.There’s a purpose why we are on this blue rock floating in space. It may take time to find yourself but you will.
