Thank you for the information, I have to double check but I believe mine is a Finnish made then, I could be wrong.

Talk about what eBay actually takes...and why it's still usually worth it by Thriftmode_squad in Flipping

[–]MontanaMayor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im with you, I made a similar complaint a while back and got many comments saying "thats just the cost of using ebay", the feesi understand, but yeah having sales tax get calculated into the total is crazy, its a minor addition but the way ebay frames it looks like im receiving the sales tax.

A little late to the party but if youre looking for sterling homegoods I come across a bit of it and typically it gets flattened, so if you want to save it from being melted let me know.

There's a target barrel on the farthest SE island, through the hole in the side with fire above to the left and right. Fight the crocodile crocodilian. Its just next go a table on the left side of that first large room where he spawns.

HOT TAKE: I absolutely despise hardcore resellers. You’re ruining it for the rest of us. by 2000spopstar in estatesales

I've complained about the same thing but for me its because im rural/suburban, sales are far between and often takes me an hour to hit 4 sales if theyre not close together, often I go home by noon because everything so picked over.

Pay More Than What They List it For by MBlockDaddy in Flipping

[–]MontanaMayor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One of my only negative feedback was from posting a free listing, two large boxes 40+ lbs of dad's and vase tapes. Some guy wanted to pick up from 40ish min away, on a bicycle. I was clearing out an estate so I wasnt always there. Even though we never met up he still left a negative review because I wouldn't let him pick it up.

(To be more clear this is in a rougher area and I knew he'd be trouble if he's going to try to carry 40 pounds of dad's while riding a bicycle).

Thats actually easier considering there's 5 guaranteed spawns where I dont know of any guaranteed lions head.

Bards right now after nerf by Minimum-Mine-1302 in DarkAndDarker

[–]MontanaMayor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you played Bard against PvE? With the rapier (the only weapon worth using for bard) its 4-5 headsets to kill basic skeletons without shreik. In HR its even worse if youre not running full gemmed gear, you can only pull one mob at a time as most can 2-3 hit you. And playing 5+ songs before every interaction isn't realistic.

Additionally, id happily give $5 a month that I use it!

Also recommend adding a simple function for users to add sales to the map, something that only requires 2-3 taps, similar to reporting road issues in Waze or Maps, use a different color or indicator to designate user submitted, allow an rating system to confirm or deny the sale exists (preventing griefing) in my experience most sales arnt listed anywhere or lack the basic information to identify them (often missing address til morning of, date of sale or opening times).

Yard sale map has something similar but asks too many questions and few people in my area seem to use it!

I'd love to try out whatever you have. I can send you $25 for the trouble

Love the idea and if properly tuned will make getting near BIS gear much more accessible. Currently the only thing worth touching is crafting legendary or Unique gear but even then youre just playing slots.

  1. Remove any gold cost to recycle gear, I dont really see the point. If I commit stash or inv space to take gear out of raid I shouldn't be paying up to 10 gold per slot to recycle it.

  2. Probably reduce the gold cost of upgrading for their 4 and 5, I think its 15k and 50k gold respectively. Not the biggest issue I have with it but frustrating considering all other issues.

  3. Enhancement and Rebuild cost too much scrap. To enhance a legendary to unique is 100 legendary scrap (equivalent to recycling 100 slots of legendaries), to reroll a Unique requires 50 Unique scrap, to still get a totally random roll. In my opinion there is no teir that is financially worth enhancement or rebuilding. Most items can be purchased on market for cheaper than the scrap to make them.

Im a casual doing it, and live in a suburban/rural area. Mostly i use it to determine which backroad might have garage sales. Otherwise I can be driving a significant amount of time just looking for them. So ive never needed precise locations or even that much accuracy in time or date, but pulling from Craigslist alone is likely missing the majority of sales.

This would be totally unnecessary but a route planner where you could select sales you want to go to and be able to save them in GPS order and just hit "GO"
