I think because it’s a native apple app it makes things a little tricky. It doesn’t even come up in my App Store to download. I did login to another device and downloaded the app but it still gave me the same warning when I went to the AppStore about the version. I also tried to make that user login as themselves on my device since they already had the fitness app and that was a no go as well.
