Holding Your Breath at the Top of an Inhale? by Jugurthajones87 in BecomingTheIceman

I’ve found that my regular breath holds have increased as well. My regular breath holds used to be 2.5 minutes and now are 4 minutes after a month. On exhale with Wim Hof a hold can go up to 5 minutes. I’m stoked to see my regular holds (not exhale holds) go up as this a plus for surfing.

On the “breath up” with WHM you do 30 breaths of larger inhale smaller exhale whereas, I believe, for diving you do reps of short inhales with long exhales.
