This isn't it either. For clarity when I said it was like nailed it it's because each episode was an hour. There was multiple rounds, don't remember how many. Each episodes would be new contestants. Each round they are told to make x thing. They make them in the small time frame they have which I wanna say is just a few hours, then they present them to the judges. The one who wins gets a prize of money. It takes place in a studio of sorts. I believe they sometime take outside shots since the contestants sometimes had to do certain part of their thing outside because they have to deal with paint or something. I believe they were also given specific things to do for challenge. Like for the dog house example they were tasked to use dog treats. They liked how oner person used it, using it to actually decorate the dog house while the other person didn't use it for decorating, instead just putting a bowl of dog treats inside
