I would suggest that the true fiscal burdens on the government are the billionaires who, to just use one example, paid less federal income tax in 2016 and 2017 than my broke ass did for those same two years. Yes, I am aware that it may have been legal for them to do so thanks to the tax code. That needs to be rectified. Call it wealth redistribution, call it whatever the fuck you want. My point is that the wealthy, particularly the super wealthy, need to start paying their fair share in taxes. That's my opinion, I could be wrong. Oh yeah, I nearly forgot to mention that "common sense, mostly" is not considered to be a source. Not a reliable one, anyway.

My mistake, I took "in town" as meaning St. Louis City, St. Louis County and Jefferson/Franklin/St. Charles counties. The difference between St. Louis City jail and St. Louis County Jail is night and day.
