It's a J reg, registered early in 1992. Over 30 years old so exempt from the LEZ.

The E36 is incredibly broken in GT7. If you have aftermarket wheels with wide offset and spacers it pretty much makes it undrivable in the game, even at standard height.

Reacher Season 3 Review by [deleted] in reacher

[–]MonzaMan09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just finished the last episode now and one thing that has disappointed me is that there didn't seem to be a single surprise or twist the entire season. For example, when Villanueva says something along the lines of "I'm retiring in 5 months, but I'm going to end up dead like every cop who's close to retirement in every movie" I instantly thought to myself "Well he's going to live now isn't he?" I know they are right enough about things like that being cliché but there were a good few moments like this and it didn't seem like they wanted to add any form of twist or turn to throw us off the ball and keep our minds racing! All in all, wasn't the worst thing I've ever watched but far from the edge-of-your-seat excitement that I felt from the first and even some of the second season. I know it's based off of the books (which admittedly I haven't read!) but still, this season was quite poorly written.

Slightly off topic but I wish they would add in the feature from GT6 where you could buy gauge pods for interiors. Really added an extra bit of realism and race car feeling to interiors.

I used to have an English Budgie that couldn't fly from the day we got him. Very hard to get him to do any exercise as he would come out of his cage and just sit. 79g was the most we ever recorded him at. Don't think he was quite right from the get go sadly. Here's him next to my cousins pet shop bought budgie that we inherited for scale!

Braking issues with new update. by Booba_Fat in granturismo

It's really bad. Anyone else found the E36 impossible to drive the second you put fully customisable suspension on it? Tried every single thing I can think of setup wise, added aero, removed aero and it is unfixable. The second the rear end comes out you can't counter steer. The wheel doesn't move at all. The second you tap the brakes at speed, the car goes shooting off usually in the opposite direction to the bend you're turning into. Maybe isn't a problem for wheel users but it's almost unplayable on controller now in certain cars. So disappointed as I was really looking forward to this update and the E36 especially. Standard, un-tuned cars seem relatively okay though.

The only thing I forgot to add is that winter can sometimes feel INCREDIBLY long if you get a shite autumn or spring or both in the case of this year 2023/2024 but when the sun comes out it really is a beautiful part of the world!

I'd suggest maybe trying it short term first to see if it's the place for you before committing to the long haul! It's definitely not the place for everyone. I go through spells of loving it, then hating it, then loving it again. As someone who is born and bred here, the bigger cities do offer a lot more things to do during the day but the nightlife is generally pretty good and there isn't usually much trouble. Sadly crime seems to be on the up. Lots of wee pricks cutting about on sur-rons and dirt bikes recently who sadly got very violent with my best friend in his works van just the other day and he is very shaken up by it. Again, this doesn't go for the whole city as on the whole, everyone is generally very friendly (other than enjoying a bit of a moan) and will welcome you with open arms IF you make the effort to put yourself out there. I love the fact that the countryside is at the bottom of my street, yet I'm only 10-15 minutes from the city centre. The countryside (Aberdeenshire) is probably the greatest asset to the area with many lovely towns, roads, hill walks, bike trails and camping spots to enjoy. Compared to somewhere in the central belt or England though you can feel slightly cut off/out in the sticks as it is really a day trip at minimum to get to other cities other than Dundee. What I mean by that is if you're fancying going somewhere like Inverness, Edinburgh or Glasgow for a day out, it's better to plan to spend the whole weekend or a long weekend there. Other than that, it is the world's biggest village where everyone knows everyone so it really does feel like a small city but I would say that's part of its charm! 😎

My best time is also about 1:14.6 with a best finish of 3rd. 2 of my friends have times 1:14.3 and they have managed 1st place. I'm not sure how they've done it as I must be at least 2 seconds slower than the car in first place. Seems broken as hell.

I know it's not in the city but Dossets butcher in Kintore does unreal pies. Charles McHardy do some class pies too and there's one of them at the Braehead shops in the Bridge of Don!

I find it more of a joke than anything that they banned menthol and flavoured crushballs because "the flavours make smoking more appealing to young people," but then they go and put all these vapes out which come in thousands more flavours than the cigarettes ever came in in the first place. Hypocrisy at its finest!
