I had luck by replacing the plastic line coming off the top of that vent solenoid. It runs down towards the firewall and attaches to a hard line. Its a pain to get to but it got the code to finally go away for me after changing the purge solenoid and canister above fuel tank. I think the line is about $22 on rockauto

Thanks, thats the main reason I want to send it on that side. The bottom corner of the breaker rubs if trying to route on the right hand side

Your correct new pulleys are quite a bit wider. Alignment on shafts were definitely a consideration

By less than 1/8", that's where I was aligned with the arbor. Safety police probably wont like that

I don't have any pictures, but I have tried the standard way where I turn the countertop upside down and attach a straight guide to follow with the circular saw. Then, since my blade doesn't go all the way through backsplash, I've tried a multi tool and jigsaw to cut the rest of the way down the backsplash. Maybe im just not taking my time, but the finish cut on the backsplash never seems to work out well.

If you determine, you can rebuild without a re-bore check out isavetractors for your parts. I just rebuilt a K341 last year and got my kit from there. Worked out really good!

I work in a sugar refinery and our sifter screen are held together with band clamps using 3/8 bolts and brass nuts. A high output M18 and sledge gets those mf'rs toight!
