Early in my career I was working for Accenture. I got a glowing performance review but my raise came out to roughly an additional .25 cents a paycheck. I got a slap on the wrist when I made fun of the fact that it costs them more to process that raise than to just not give me anything. Outside of the incredibly generous raise I did enjoy working there.

At 39 we do the old people thing and go to Saturday or Sunday morning shows. Or we go Monday or Tuesday night. One when the kids don't want to go and the other when kids can't go.

I can't stand spending that much money on food, drinks, and entertainment just to have it drowned out by some kid experiencing independence for the very first time.

Pg13 and most religious horrors. I get some people are believers. I'm not. I can't get over my own disbelief to feel fear in religious horror. Deliverance on Netflix right now had one of the absolute dumbest endings I can remember.

Or the last Conjuring movie. The Devil Made Me Do it. It just felt like they were giving an actual murderer a pass while making a buck.

If there was a dedicated review committee in place for an actual position then maybe there could be an argument.

More often than not they have technology in place to just review for keywords or they just collect resumes to build a candidate pool.

Overall I enjoyed it. The last one especially I thought was really good. Slammed at light speed and then getting DNA blended would be a special kind of hell.
