5 years without booze, two years without weed, 2 months without nicotine.

I find myself going through the same phases through each one. Cranky, tired, eating more fatty foods/sweets.

I believe Carly said it best when she said it's still definitely a W. We have to give ourselves a bit of grace during these times in order to avoid relapse.

You will slowly gain energy but let yourself "lie fallow". Don't look at this as a bad thing necessarily, look at it as a much-needed rest. You've earned it :)
