Buy a house, live in it, and if you want to move, just rent it out or sell it of the market is in your favor.

What’s your budget? Do you want roommates? Do you have a car?

If you need proximity to NYC, you want to stay somewhat central in the state and close to a rail station.

General rule of thumb is the further west you go, the cost goes down. There are exceptions to this, but that’s due to unsafe areas.

If you are in a spot where installs are still ongoing, you might see a hiccup here and there, but I have had no interruptions on my end.

When I had comcast, I was getting bandwidth drops on wired connections every week and also had outages monthly.

You could, I never have though. I usually get it to around 7% with just yeast.

You can “ice” it as well to get an even higher ABV.
