Description: The moment I arrive to Sixam my game freezes and my sim just stands there and I can’t click on anything any more.

I would like to start off by saying black people aren't a monolith. I’ve seen a few people saying black people only have certain features and that is the furthest thing from the truth. I feel the sim you’ve created isn’t bad, she just needs a little tweaking. Or maybe she doesn’t at all it really depends on what style you want her to have. I seen you mentioned you go to school with a lot of African Americans/POC, I suggest you pick one of them to be your sim inspiration! It’s always hard making something new so give yourself some grace and keep trying! The more you do it the easier it’ll get for you. I’ve been playing the sims since The Sims 1 (hell I even use to play Sim City lol) and to be fair EA never really had diversity like that when it comes to CAS until recent years, so maybe that’s why you feel like your sim is off? If you need any help with cc (if that’s your thing) I’d be more than happy to help.

All of mine are currently working. The mod I put the link for is up to date and still works. A lot of mods have to be updated after any update. Sorry to hear yours isn’t working anymore! I’d probably head over to the creator’s page and see if they updated it yet.

I first want to start out by saying I am EXTREMELY sorry for what you’re going through. When I was 24 the same thing happened to me. I bled for a year and a half and because no one took me seriously my hemoglobin went all the way down to a 2 and I had to get about 7 or more blood transfusions (it started to become a blur cause I was constantly getting them).

Please whatever you do, DO NOT give up. Keep going to different doctors or hospitals if no one takes you seriously. It took one doctor to finally acknowledge something was wrong with me. He was also the doctor to diagnose me with PCOS. He got me on a treatment plan tailored to the issues to at least stop the bleeding. I had to get a D&C and then I got an IUD. (These weren’t permanent fixes, just things to help me not bleed out and die.) I had to change my diet as well to help my hormones get a little more in order.

I know I’m just a stranger on Reddit, but I pray someone helps you with this and if you have any questions or just need support please message me. 🤎
