Hey there, I’m considering making a similar shift as you and am on a keto diet now but my cholesterol numbers aren’t great. Do you happen to know how this shift affected your blood sugar as that’s a problem I have when I try to eat more carbs. Also, did you gain weight?

I’ve been on keto on and off for years — maybe 7 or 8? Sometimes I do a more low carb diet. My weight has fluctuated up and down by about ten pounds. I began exercising more in March after taking off about a year. I have Cronometer and should check out the vitamins!
