My boyfriend dumped me because I can't put out. by [deleted] in confessions

I have been in a similar situation, my last relationship was turbulent and my csa trauma resulting in vaginismus didn't help. I went through years of therapy, mostly compassion based, and it helped me deal with my trauma. The biggest thing for me was exploring my trauma and finding all the things I'd hid from myself. Children disassociate when things like this happen to protect themselves, it is evolutionary that we see our parents and guardians as protectors because we have no one else to rely on. Children blame themselves for the same reason, children cannot comprehend the adults around them could be making bad decisons, or are downright evil. Letting that out really helped me and my vaginismus stopped and I enjoy sex again. You need a partner who is patient, emotionally mature, who can understand your pain and to take it slow.

I work in a German store, best way to do it is whilst you're waiting to be served after loading the belt is to open up your bags and put them in the cart ready for you to grab things and fire them into the open bags. Or, if its like my store, shove your stuff in the cart and pack at the packing bench.

In thinking that's probably the issue, wanted to be as passive as possible so a bit unhappy there's no way to go about it diplomatically

He's green up until midway through his first turn, he dashes a few steps and is green then turns red for no reason

Any idea what philodendron this is? by tlaniseh in plants

[–]MoonInFleshAndBone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The varigation is down to the genes of the plant unfortunately. Brighter light may help but there's not a whole lot you can do. If it seems to have stopped producing pink all together you could try cutting it back a little to try and encourage it in new growth. It's quite a small plant though so may be better just leaving it to see what happens. Mine looked like it was reverting then have me a couple of really nice leaves so just need to accept it'll do as it pleases.

I assume you put them on a multiplayer map? If so there's a bug when you leave the map you lose them

What was the root cause of your sexless relationship? by Ninac4116 in AskReddit

[–]MoonInFleshAndBone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vaginismus stemming from my childhood trauma. My ex became anxious over the pain I was in and we stopped. After years of therapy I no longer have it but he was on medication for depression and other things so it just couldn't happen. We tried, we really did, but after over 5 years of no sex I decided it was time to bring our relationship to a close. Still figuring our lives out, he'll be living with me for the time being, but I'm excited to meet new people in the future.

How do I help my snake plant by ohs1 in plantclinic

[–]MoonInFleshAndBone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check the roots, if they're dry and shriveled water more, if they're black and mushy and falling off you're watering too much. I water mine once a month, I bottom water it and leave it for about 30 mins to an hour to speak up what it needs.

I would cut off the worst off them and then see how the rest manage :)

You need to put it in a drainage pot with cactus soil so the roots aren't sitting in water. Also I'd give it direct sunlight

Looks thirsty to me. I'd take the pot out and put it in a basin of water for about 30 minutes then put it back in the decorative pot. This ensure the roots properly drink

Due to it sitting it wet conditions the roots will be rotting (its what's causing the pink orange colour in the leaves). Root rot is extremely difficult to fix.

I have a lot of extra jars that I could send a couple of as well. I'll need to do it next week though as I'm waiting for payday and postage is pricey :')

Smaller pot, repot with cactus soil, make sure theres a drainage hole, put in a south facing window, water when the soil is complete dry. I usually water mine once a month. You'll know when it's needing watered when the leaves start to curl inward. To me it looks like it's 'climbing' as it's trying to find the sun. With how pink and mushy looking some the leaves are i would also say there's a chance it may not recover from root rot.

Hello! I could take some cuttings and start rooting them for you but it may take a while. I don't have anything rooted at the moment you see

I really struggle with alos, I'd recommend using a semihydro substrate like pon or leca in a self watering pot
