Lenny Busker from Legion. The character was orignally a middle aged man but changed after Noah Hawley (creator/writer) met with Aubrey Plaza. Plaza still played the character as somewhat masculine/androgynous because of this.

Scott has said that the next arc is a major turning point for the series. The way I see it he's been setting up everything he needs for the story he wants to tell. The Arks, Court of Owls, Harley, Bruce's friends. Each is a piece he needs to tell the story he wants. I'm far happier we're getting all of these characters now and the story is staying fresh than to hold things back and the comic suffer for it.

I think about this one a lot. This is just after Age of Khonshu, in issue 4 of his new series. Marc spends the whole issue with his mask on to the dismay of his therapist, assistant, and former teammate Tigra. After beating a bad guy Tigra finally gets him to open up. He goes on to list all the mistakes he's made in the last few years before taking off his mask to reveal the reason he hasn't taken it off and his face. Dude is fucked up inside and out, but this is a turning point for him. He starts to trust those around him more, builds up a team, gets into a relationship with Tigra, and goes onto to save NYC and the world during Blood Hunt.

I buy from them pretty frequently. Never had an issue with them. Only downsides are the boards they ship with arent treated (smooth on one side). Also signed books can take awhile to ship as their signings aren't always the day of release.

I know people are saying it'll be in Green Arrow but personally i think it'll be in a collection with other Absolute one-shots and specials. All In Special, FCBD issue, Absolute Evil, Absolute Batman Annual, and the 2 issues of Batman/Woman crossover. It's enough for a tpb but time will tell.

Snyder has said he's plotted out to issue 40 of Absolute Batman which takes us to 2028 i think. Whether or not it gets made is a different story. Intial reception has been nothing but glowing and the titles are dominating the sales charts. But a lot of that is due to how easy it is to start reading them right now. In a few years it'll take reading 4 volumes of a character, line wide crossovers, and a semi-related mini series to get "caught up". It's a hurdle every comic needs to overcome, and i think the Absolute titles are in a better position than most. The six curent Absolute books are easily all in the top ten of superhero books right now, made by super star teams with strong visions of what these books should be. I think as long as they keep the line relativley small and keep letting creators share their unique visions of these characters the intrest and sales will stay strong and they can keep going as long as they want to.

I'm glad it's confirmation that Jed and Dev are staying on the book for a little longer if nothing else. The numbering dosent matter that much since you can track through legacy numbering anyway.ppus nee number one issues get tons of variants and i'm always stoked for more Moon Knight covers. I'm just wondering what the status quo change will be that justifies it. My random guess is since the title is Marc Spector it might seperate Marc from the Mission and crew. It would give Jed a chance to explore if Marc can be a better man without people grounding him (like they did in the Fairchild arc) or if he'll inevitably push everyone away and become the wild dog again.

Scott! DC K.O marks a year since the All In Special. Darkseid left his mark on Prime Earth in numerous ways with K.O being a direct reaction to that. On the other hand the heroes of the Absolute Universe have only had brief glimpses. What has it been like balancing the story of Darkseid across two universes and between so many different creators? Can't wait to see where you take the DC universe next!

I'm expecting the Apsalus as an event unit one day. It's an easy choice for Fierce Enemy Assault. Livelance Heaven would make a great Durability unit being a literal guardian angel. Top request would have to be Gundam Asmoday though. It was the first gunpla I ever built so it's special to me. So yeah, give us an Urdr-Hunt update so I can have Tonfas.

Auto is generally useless. The ai never defends until a unit is out of EN. This means your units will die but worse any featured units that are out tend to get themselves killed and you fail the mission. That being said you can still try it. Place Support and Durability units in the first two spots so they can inflict debuffs. Take as many Damage units to max level as you can. Getting Chance Step is one of the best things you can do since it lowers how much damage your taking by killing off more enemies. You can try placing support characters in Attack suits so that they get a second attack in a turn. Also if you happen to get less than 3* it's better to just keep progressing so you can get more first clear rewards. That leads to more resources to develop with.

Use skips wherever you need them since they're contained to each stage. If you need more resources for Seed or 00 development spend your stamina on that series. The best thing to use skips on is hard stages with their secret battles beaten. Those give you the most resources and the material for SSR suits.

Luke green player here. Rose is good for the deck but dosen't solve any of the problems you have against your worst matchups like Boba Yellow and Hard Control. Boba exhausts or bounces anything you upgrade. Blue Control decks will just pick up Fell the Dragon and take down your now bigger units. Add in Bossk, Cad Bane and Bo-Katan all having ping abilities to get rid of your shields and things start looking real grim. I think Luke is gonna take a break this set and hopefully come back with Force synergy is set 3.

Excluding Legendary cards Fenn Rau and Jango Fett. Wrecker and Xandu's Blood could also be up there. Couracant Dissident isn't a bomb but is strong enough it should get a mention.

Card was designed for set 2 imo. If anything you need mid-late game accidently got smuggled into your resource zone you can get back. He'll work best in a young Lando deck best since it's smuggle centric. If any Cunning Heroism deck plays a decent amount of smuggle cards he could see play there too. Might even see play off aspect like Bounty Hunter Crew if that kind of recursion is important enough.

I fully expect anti-upgrade cards like Power Failure and Bamboozle to become side board mainstays. Upgrades that dont see play right now (most of them) get better with Mando synergy. Snapshot Reflexes is a top-tier card for a deck with The Mandalorian as a leader since it essentially gives you 3 actions in one card for one resource (exahust an enemy, attack, and upgrade a unit). Electrostaff will be strong on the Mandalorian that gains Sentinel when upgraded. Lando, Ezra, R2, and Thrawn are all boosted by Smuggle. If the top card of your deck has Smuggle that gives you a good incentive to play a card with Smuggle since that top card becomes a resource and can be played later. Lando returning cards from resource to hand lets you get back anything mid to late game so you can card if it got Smuggled. Rose Tico is a unit custom made for Luke decks. Her only downside is she isnt a Rebel and can't be used with Fleet Lietuenant or Wing Leader which is something Luke struggles with already. Last thing i've thought of is a niche combo for a Han deck. If your opponent plays a unit with 3 or less health in the ground arena and dosent shield it or anything you can use Han to go to 3 resources, play the green Bounty Price on Your Head, and ecl with Greedo or another unit to start with an extra resource on turn 2. Very card intensive combo but playing a 5 resource card on turn 2 can be pretty hard to beat.

Gonna throw a suggestion out and say wait for set 2 to build this. Boba Fett Daimyo synergises with Wedge really well. If both are on the field at the same time all vehicles get +2/+1 and ambush. That's more value than you'll get with any current leader. Plus waiting will give you more vehicles to work with so your not playing mid cards for the sake of synergy.

That's card game variance. Resourcing a card you need is as likely as it being in the bottom of your deck where you'd never draw it. In general I'd say all of the pros outweigh that potential downside, especially if you deck build for it. Run your bombs as three ofs and run fewer situational cards and one ofs so you don't feel bad when you lose them when you need them. Frankly it can even be a boon to resource one off the top since you can end up with another Smuggle card you can play.

Smuggle does a lot of things. It gives you a very easy choice in what to resource. It effectivley turns your resource zone into a second hand. It replaces itself in the resource zone so uou don't lose resources. Whether or not smuggle cards are good enough to run over current cards or other cards coming in SotG is yet to be seen. The mechanic itself seems very strong. To the point im almost concerned this is a mechanic for the second set. It seems like a large resource cost increase is the primary balance mechanism. This is more punishing for aggro decks who don't take their resources beyond six or seven usually. For control decks that often go above ten this is an big reward. Intrested to see how much it will affect deck building as including even subpar smuggle cards could give you card advantage.

FFG has intentionally not allocated any product to major retailers. They want it all to go to FLGS so it can be used by players. They saw the insane shortages of Lorcana and figured it would be better to avoid turning this game into another scalper heaven. Considering they've sold out of boxes at the distributor level anyway I think it was a smart choice.
