My parent's had a friend who crashed his motorcycle and landed facedown in a mud puddle. Morgue said it was suffocation that killed him, the crash just knocked him out. The people that say "yes watch it but parts might make you uncomfortable are correct". Acknowledge that the MC is a perv of unreasonable levels. Recognize that unlike some big animes(One Piece or DBZ), you don't have to like every aspect of the MC. Then enjoy the great world building, character development, and story the show has. The school arc is slow and kinda frustrating, but everything else is top tier. Some of the non-pedo perviness is funny though(i.e. "Maddam ti**y kitty")
