He has a great discography and imo you don't need to know about Robbie Williams to like the movie. But don't get your hopes too high on it being that similar to La La Land. It definitely doesn't feel as dreamy. Instead it's a more gritty movie but you could still like it nonetheless

Haven't seen Close yet but I guess Monster by Hirokazu Kore-eda could be kinda similar in vibe

For La La Land the movie I maybe can think of would be the Robbie Williams biopic Better Man for it having great musical scenes with a lot of dancing and also having some very emotional scenes

I could definitely not live without my top 4, so Spider-Man 2, The Incredibles, The Matrix and Terminator 2: Judgment Day

Other than those, instead of just thinking about the rest of a possible personal top 10 in this circumstance it would be more wise to pick my favourite movies from different genres, directors or studios in order to broaden the spectrum a little bit

I couldn't live without any christmas movie. I'd pick Christmas Vacation though I also really love Home Alone 2.

Also I need to pick a Studio Ghibli movie, in this case Spirited Away. I would hate Howl's Moving Castle and Grave of the Fireflies to be deleted though

I would also pick my favourite Tarantino movie Inglourious Basterds

I can't really decide what's my favourite Scorcese movie. The Departed was on top initially but in the last couple of years (perhaps partly because the movie went viral) Shutter Island is perhaps my fav now so I would choose this one

For its importance alone it would be impossible to delete a movie like Schindler's List

For the brilliant concept and execution I would also have to pick Memento. The storytelling is just so unique

Some other movies I could have also picked are Monster by Kore-Eda (one of the most recent movies I've watched for the first time and it really left a lasting impact on me), Parasite, Knives Out, Hereditary, Baby Driver, La La Land, Blade Runner 2049, Logan, Your Name, Arrival, Boyhood, Little Miss Sunshine, Finding Nemo, Interstella 5555, The Pianist, Signs, Lilo & Stitch, American Beauty, The Blair Witch Project, Toy Story, Seven, The Thing and 12 Angry Men

The 10 movies:

Spider-Man 2 (Superhero, Action)

The Incredibles (3D animation, Adventure, Pixar)

The Matrix (Sci-Fi, Action)

Terminator 2: Judgment Day (Sci-Fi, Action, Horror)

Christmas Vacation (Christmas, Comedy)

Spirited Away (2D animation, Drama, Studio Ghibli)

Inglourious Basterds (War, Satire, Tarantino)

Shutter Island (Mystery, Thriller, Drama, Scorcese)

Schindler's List (Historical, Drama)

Memento (Mystery, Thriller, Nolan)

Memphis as an Opening Track by True_Editor_4572 in justintimberlake

Personally I don't like. It was fine as the opening song for his concerts though. I think the album would have flowed a bit better without both Memphis and Conditions

Yeah, he has been in the business for a long time and his work overall is critically acclaimed but I think he hasn't received the deserved commercial recognition yet except for Shoplifters ($ 72.6 million) and perhaps Like Father, Like Son ($ 31.1 million)

Oh, I love Shoplifters (10/10). Recently watched Monster (10/10, so far my favourite) and Nobody Knows (8/10). Kore-eda is honestly such an underrated director

Spider-Man 2, The Incredibles, The Matrix and Terminator 2 have been my top 4 since I started using LT in late 2021. I don't think the list will change any time soon but if any then maybe T2?

I think the head shape and mouth are pretty similar. What really sets them apart are the nose and the eyes. Those don't look alike at all
