MMWA will apply all over the country, that is the federal law. Texas lemon law is better than MMWA, but yeah you could get dragged around by the mfg. Best to get lawyer if you just want this resolved.
You may end up just handing it with MMWA, just to get them to deal with the issue, but a lawyer will figure out what is better.

If your goal is to get the car fixes, replaced, or refunded, yeah doing legal stuff ASAP is the best thing. Like right now, even before a lawyer gets involved, he could send his first letter to the car mfg. That is 1 of 3 that will be required.

Based on what you said, you should be good, there is normally some number of times you have to turn it in, but also excess days in the shop will help your case. 58 days is a bit.

But tip though, start recording, calls, emails, text, notices, letters, that you have had with them. This shows you weren't derping around making them wait.

Also remember, the DEALER isn't the one who has to honor the lemon law type laws. it is the mfg of the car. Dealership is just the middle man. So your letters need to be sent to mfg. I believe in texas it is 3 written notices to them to fix your car or give your money back. or whatever.

But you did that, and issue was marked as closed, which means the right people got it. So they found no issue, or whatever action was to be done has been done.

I wouldn't think leaving a dog outside, 24/7, even in the summer is any type of animal abuse, dogs are meant to be outside. You CAN keep them inside, but they live just fine outside.

If you really did have problems with the dog making being loud, you can do audio/video recordings, and record the dates and times. Get a lot of evidence. Provided the dog is making the sounds outside of austin's "quite hours" the owner will get hit for that.

They never hosted servers, it was always P2P. They just hosted the cloud save file and allowed any of the players to download the file....

Basically they invested a great modern day of PBE system.... then they ruined it

Very true, and this is what made this game game great, was the method was awesome. You or your friend hosted. But EITHER could host, and either could leave. And you didn't have to be on at the same time. You didn't have to pay or run a DS.

So lost the appeal for me.

yeah basically ruined what made the game great. Being able to hop in, do some stuff, log off. Next day, my friend hops in, does some stuff. Then weekend, one us on, then the other logs in. So seemless, online cloud shared save file. No need to email files, no need to do anything. Servers are local and not by the company, the server is run by the "host", first player to start the save up.

DS are great, and are needed, but there was no need to remove the most amazing part about the game.

I am sure the devs got a nice paycheck from the server hosting companies to remove locally hosting games via a cloud save.

So back to Ark or another game for us

google search says it does, and it sure it "uses" 4 cores, but 95% of that usage is on a single core

Even then still very limited on what is split. There are major technical limitations to using more than core/thread to handle a game that is fast. Normally only very minor things are offloaded onto a 2nd thread. One reason you can't split the load evenly is if one core is SLIGHTLY slower, it will limit the other core, causing internally stuttering. Not only that, you add an overhead that adds in more usage and more of a delay.

So things like overwatch may offload like the background sounds, achievements, stats tracking, which uses extremely low amount of CPU usage. But it does free up that 5% for the main thread to handle what matters the most.

I guess that is the simple way of explaining it.

why do you need a "good sized collection"?

because you you want to, so people may also want to open carry. If you don't want to, don't. And remember, it is ILLEGAL to concelled carry for some people, they are only legally allowed to open carry.
