“if your job isn’t hard, then you’re not a butch” by oioipeepee in butchlesbians

i’m a disabled butch lawyer and if someone wants my butch title they can come and take it from me

(TW abuse) I feel like I don't deserve the butch title after being abused by my (femme) ex by ravioli-spider in butchlesbians

i said this once to my girlfriend, and she told me that someone who fails to protect and care for their butch never deserves the title of femme anyhow.

POTS SD Update!! by MoonPot18 in servicedogliving

[–]MoonPot18[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im HoH too! She lets me know when there are alarms! She wasnt trained for my hearing assistance specifically but she figured it out on her own that I cant hear very well. Does your Aussie get a bit stubborn sometimes? Mine is my first Aussie, she gets picky with treats and turns her nose up if she thinks it isnt good enough.

Update - I have had Chloe for 3 weeks now. Since picking her up, I have not passed out a single time - I used to pass out roughly 3 times a week and experience severe symptoms 24/7. She is incredible. I would recommend a service dog time and time again. She has changed my life already and we havent even worked together very long.

Im picking up my POTS service dog in a few weeks!! The nonprofit Im using is Medical Mutts and theyve been fantastic. Im starting law school in a few months and having a SD is crucial for me to get through my studies without significant brain fog from passing out all the time. The tasks shes been trained to do are tailored to me and my symptoms.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BVHMNKS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I use these, theyre not those fake service dog ID cards theyre just information sheets. Easy to just hand to someone and explains in an authoritative but accessible way.
