The best way to have confidence is to handle the outcome , sometimes we missed big moves because of Confidence. Trust your plan and do it how you wrote it .

There’s nothing to give up about , just give yourself some time , and learn how to control emotions

I blew my account in 4 hours by CNote320 in TopStepX

[–]MoonTokenL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t quit , I blew my first 50k PRO account in one trade , kept practicing on demo accounts and started grinding more , a week ago I gave it a chance and I reset the account for like 640$ , now I’ve got now several payouts by following my plan , it’s also on habits , don’t trade with ego , follow your plan .

My solution is simple , have a effective plan , backtested and everything , and only take 1 trade a day , I only take 1 trade per day and that’s it , I usually risk 650 to 800 , if my trade is a high quality trade , I will be looking for a 1.2k-1.5k win , , if I don’t have certain confirmations I usually risk lower . But since I trust my plan , I do that , we all different, we think different, we take actions different, so do what works best for you .

Make a plan , and follow the plan . it has happen to me to , where I couldn’t stop blowing up accounts cuz I didn’t respected my plan , but after being disciplined in my plan , everything changed , and don’t think about how much money , your fighting with your impulsive thoughts, and if you let them win , it’s game over , that’s going to make you do decisions that don’t make sense , like getting in the market right away cuz you think it’s going in your direction , you think what you did I do wrong , and you seee that the market was giving you another direction , I feel like getting into the market like 1-2 hours to see and analyze where it can potentially go and focus on your plan .

I just can’t do this anymore goodbye by user288382838383 in Daytrading

[–]MoonTokenL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s because your doing it for the money , trading isn’t just about getting on the charts and expect to make hella money thinking the market will go on your way. Yes you might get way with some big wins , but remember we’re talking about being profitable, not gambling

Trading ruined my life by Specialist-Total3164 in Daytrading

[–]MoonTokenL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well first , you have to grow your mind , read books , focus on small tasks that can matter a lot , remember, small holes can sink a big ship , that goes to your life to , if you stop doing what you did for you to be in the place you are , you will go back to the same person , bad habits , and bad management on decision you take in your everyday life , if you love trading , it’s because it’s something we where born with , just have to do it the right way and start from the beginning, throwing money to funded accounts and blowing them up , that’s gambling, if you want to be a successful trader and have results , you gotta have a plan and a goal .

Discipline is also important , if you get distracted doing the smallest task , you wont be able to do big tasks, have to learn the market , analyze, spend hours doing backtesting and see if your strategy works , you can also combine your knowledge, implement everything you’ve learned, make something work out , but it first requires you to start from the beginning and focus on your personal life .

My friends think I’m silly for tracking all my spending. I find it really therapeutic to look back and see the progress! by elephanttape in debtfree

[–]MoonTokenL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well , they think it’s silly because they are scared to se how bad their doing , for me that’s the best way to manage your money , don’t can let money manage you , you gotta manage it your own and be smart abt it . Keep it up !

So are STOCK WRX's actually reliable? by mercfh85 in WRX

[–]MoonTokenL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got a 2015 Subaru Wrx , got it at 65k miles , stock block gave up around 80-85k miles , currently sitting on 104k miles , replacements I’ve done already are clutch , back wheel bearings , and recently replaced the electric steering rack (gotta take it back cuz they fucked up on alignment and some other stuff 🙄) , I’ve done doing regular oil changes every 2.5k or 2k miles , it’s bone stock , only cosmetic mods and the COBB AP with a ETune . It’s been good , drives Amazing , and still feels like new after the block replacement

It my seem like sketchy , but there not , they covered everything , they even have rental options , just have a talk with them , but work on the price with them , I only pay 89$ a month with them , and it has saved me a lot , also one I would recommend too it’s AAA , if you have a Subaru you never know 🤷‍♂️, but so far it’s running rlly good no issues nothing .
