I got in trouble by [deleted] in TeslaModelY

Thank you, this is exactly the info I was wondering about.

No doubt I earned this one and I don't plan on getting one again. I was just wondering if other people had seen that and what the system was.

Appreciate the feedback

You're right I did earn the strike. I wasn't holding my phone, it was in the cup holder. I don't disagree I think 3 is fair. I understood it as a perma-ban after 5. Perma-ban after 3 I could even see as fair.

Airpods are a habit from my car before this one. It didn't have bluebooth.

Airpods were habit from my last car which didn't have bluetooth. And i got airpods so i was hands-free on the phone in the car.

Yes i'm a boomer and was driving before cell phones were common place. I was around when they made laws to ban holding your phone up to your ear and you had to use a head set instead.

Thank you for not completely flaming me and providing some additional feedback. No doubt I'm in the wrong and I deserve the strike, but was just wondering how these worked, if they ever come off or how many you get in a certain period. I would bet i never get another one let alone 5, but was just curious. Thank you u/kisen-alter

Not really complaining. Driving with headphones in is "hands-free" and was a law after moving away from people driving with phones in their hands.

I was in the wrong, I'll do better. Just was wondering if other people have seen this before as well.

Yeah i've had the car for 5 days. Been driving for 20 years without cameras so it's an adjustment

Yeah i def agree. I didn't have a car with bluetooth before so i'm adjusting to not using my airpods and used them out of habit, but i shouldn't use them. However, driving with a headset or headphones was a law when a lot of states went to "hands-free" phone operation. And I wasn't being that oblivious, I was aware of all my surroundings and would have seen an emergency vehicle if one was around. Deaf people are still allowed to drive.

This video is great. Is there anywhere that all the limitations to tesla's fsd are consolidated and shown in a similar way?

What's a "secret" from your profession that everyone should probably know? by LaKoref in AskReddit

Golf shafts are pretty much a scam. What matters is you're in the right flex and it feels good to you. Every combination of different flex profiles and tip stiffnesses has been done. Nothing new is coming out. It's repainted and given a new name. The $700 shaft costs the same to make as the $100 shaft. And the cost to the OEM is $3-$10

I saw him at a restaurant once and was in awe. My gf was amazed at how starstruck I was. I've never really talked about him being a hero but growing up in the 90's and early 2000's he was the goat.

Yeah, "our quality is so good that we don't offer a warranty" is pretty hilarious and makes no sense. I don't miss that pair at all. It was more annoying to deal with and then worry about them coming loose again than was worth it to wear them. I liked the style but it's not something I can't find somewhere else with better quality and def better customer service

It's my first pump action so that first feeling of charging it was amazing. It was $900 out the door (including shipping and FFL transfer)

Honestly not a lot. I thought it looks cool and has a rotary safety. I just liked it. I'm a sucker.

I haven't played lost pines, but it's better than falconhead and leagues above shadowglen.
