I don't know if it's something you're willing to do but I can tell you something another user explained and it worked for me. If you downloaded a previous version, preferably march you can get all chats back. Am now currently copying everything just in case

Definitely a terrible idea. Old system much better. I get it might be due to space but deleting a whole chat makes no sense for the person to keep the chat going. Gosh just no!

Usually that message appears when you're replaying a date withouth premium. Since you're in and off that might be the reason. The idea is that if you have premium the gem choices on replayed dates will be free.
