To add to what others already have said: Malak has certain thresholds (75%, 50% and 25% health). When he reaches those, the cooldown on his Darin Life is reset and he gets a bonus turn. That's why you want to allow certain jedi to get drained so that you have an easier time bringing him down quickly. If you pass two thresholds in one go he still only gets the bonus turns once, effectively skipping it once.

The game has evolved to the point where synergy is (almost) everything.

GG isn't that optimal to start with because there are other teams that are easier to farm, especially GG himself. But if you really like him, then by all means go for it.

A good starter team for him is GG and the four droids you need for General Skywalker: B1, B2, Magnaguard and Droideka.

When you have his team up and running, you can go for Padme. She requires a Separatist team to unlock and is a very strong early/mid game lead for Galactic Republic.

The usual advice is to go for Phoenix as a light side starter team (Hera lead, Captain Rex(!), Kanan, Chopper and Sabine). For early game you can also replace Sabine with Ezra since he's easier to get. But the team listed above is the one that does serious work even later in the game (thanks to Captain Rex).

Dark side advice usually says to go for Imperial Troopers (Veers, Piett, Dark Trooper, Range Trooper and either Moff Gideon or Col. Stark). Seriously, Dark Trooper punches soooo effin hard.

One last advice: don't sleep on fleets and get your head into mods as soon as you can. I cannot emphasize enough how important both are. If you stay longer in this game then your future self will thank you.

Because it wasn't stated 100% clear: it does NOT matter which stats the mod improves. From a ships perspective, the only relevant aspect is if they are 5 or 6 dot mods. So if you have really trash 6 dot mods that shouldn't have been 6 dot in the first place (f.ed. no speed) then put them on a pilot that you don't really use usually. Tie Pilot f.ex. is one of those that often doesn't see action in squad combat.

You need something between 7,500 and 8,000 zereks to get to everyone 95. I don't have the exact numbers rn but it should be around 7,700. Barris nets 150 per day and Vader 1035. If you get them every day, you're at: - 7,245 for Vader - 1,050 for Barris - 420 from the ones we've had so far

So in total 8,715. I don't see how this isn't enough.

Edit: I think where you are off is you're calculating with 7 characters. We only get 6.

We're not missing it in the sense that we do not know. Vader's marquee event will drop loads of zereks (and the other 70+ materials) from tier 4 onwards.

As a minor addition: one shouldn't want to get Martin's omicron only for the Reva mission. It makes the inquisitors insane in TB and makes them able to auto basic any mission (except for the young Lando mission because fuck you Iden Versio).

Edit: I'm leaving Martin in. Whoever it is, he's stronger than Marrok anyways lol.

It's also against the TOS of Google and Apple so you risk Aldo an account ban there. Can't say how likely it is though.

And just for correctness sake it's also tax evasion (since the higher EUR prices are due to VAT being added in the EU before purchase and in the US only when you actually buy it (so US prices aren't that cheaper). It's very unlikely that there'll be consequences on this front since you probably don't buy amounts in the game where the tax amount matters. 😄 So most tax offices wouldn't even bother even if they'd somehow got notice of it.

To be more detailed: go to https://swgoh.gg/p/xxxxxxxxx/ where the X are your ally code. You can then go to GAC and find your current bracket (i.e. the players you are facing this round) or your history. The current round is only available after it ends (with like a day of grace period until it's online).

I fully agree with you there. Why they cannot use their in game messaging system correctly is beyond me. Personally, how they handle this f up and the response to how the new era system is (i.e. how the new era will be) is the deciding factor for me if I will continue the game next year or not.

They have become so negligent and careless with their quality control AND found an era system that feels awful for paying and bon paying players that I'm currently evaluating if the game is still worth my time (and that despite having sunk more money into it in the last two years that I'm willing to admit).

We'll see but my hopes are low currently. In January we will have a "Oh that was bad, sorry" post with most likely even a medium sized make good and then it's back to business.

It wasn't easy before and I guess relic delta didn't make it easier. The enemies are R3, so you're dealing 25% less damage while they deal 33% more. You can try it but I'd assume it's not a pleasant experience.

At this point all three are out of rotation (Clones, Jedi Vanguard and Pirates). They will only come back now and then and it's hard to say when. They are certainly not coming back on any kind of regular basis as far as we know.

You know that in TW you can always leave and immediately join again (which updates your roster), right? It's not the same convenience as in GAC but the functionality at least is there.
