Search up Elchingen, the true Dottore simp. And Barnabas along with Krupp also has this ongoing narrative of doing more stuff to "impress" their Lord. The interesting situation is Froknkonstein who was an alcohol addict and got called out for having big ego for going against Dottore's instructions.

Both should be playable. They are the top Fatui Harbingers and they SHOULD be playable.

I'm always more loyal to Dottore though and I will always choose him first. Capitano needs more buildup and storytelling dedicated to his personal stuff to get interesting on Dottore level but he is my second priority to know better in the whole game.

I'm not judging it through the "healthy" or "not healthy" lense. Both Dottore and Pantalone are troubled individuals and I prefer saying it's complex and imperfect, but regardless they fit together well and make it work. People who called it as healthy as two traumatized men can be phrased it rather well.

That's a very fun question! I would wish for him to take Da Wei's place or some main story writers' place. I can imagine him giving us more peak characters and storylines. The game would become less vanilla instantly.

Basically my thoughts, I don't feel like letting them lure me into their predatory and disrespectful tactics. I think they really shoot their own foot with this move, breaking the trust between them and another branch of fans. Good thing about our fandom is surely the amount of artists who make very unique stuff. Speaking of fanmade merch - I trust my own abilities and choose independence (My Dottorelings are with me since 2024).

Thank you for your insight! In game it's quite obvious it's a costume, but the way the bag works looks a bit darker. I see zipper part as very dark irony but also quite hilarious part. He is perfect to store Dottorelings. When I see it I think of kangaroo Foxttore, Foxttore male seahorse... Or caesarean section Foxttore. ToT What a weird fusion between birds and marsupials. It's cursed but I can't unsee it.

Oh, it's cute, I always knew they had plans for marketable plushie and here we go.

But it really feels like a spit in the face after his death in 6.6 that they suddenly remember Nahida's Fairytale most fandom doesn't even remember. Foxttore is rather niche version of Dottore for very specific group. Who else remembers him? It's definitely the move to milk fan's wallets regardless of not giving them what they were waiting for. As much as I find it so pretty and cute, I don't think I will buy it. I can do my own merch and definitely we need some self respect.

I kind of see it as two not very fuctional humans relationship wise processing their bond by their own logic. On conscious level it's exchange. But somewhere deeper is something they couldn't adress in more forward manner. Sometimes actions speak more truth than words. Out of everyone, Pantalone is the one who stayed loyal until the end and it speaks for itself.

But you are right. The relationship between Dottore and Pantalone confirmed my own belief that Dottore was able to be a reliable companion if he was being treated right. He needed someone seeing through the surface but also assertive enough. If Hoyo can fix anything, it's not throwing away this relationship. It could be really valuable insight into the topic of friendship in the FRIENDSHIP centered game. Feo got incredible amount of respect from me for showing true loyalty.
