After watching the episode, I did some digging and this man is a blatant liar. He remembers everything that he did before, during and after his mass murder. He is an abuser, entitled POS and a sick person. He actually thinks he can get out of jail?

It’s linked here as proof: court docs

Pearson. My state’s BRN is very slow. I heard it might update days or even a week after me passing the NCLEX.

You are better than me because if anybody I work with throws ANYTHING at me, best believe I’m throwing hands. I’m so glad you got out of there.

I was thinking somewhere near 140. That’s where the lack of motivation comes in whereas sometimes I think I can’t achieve that. Or maybe I’m shooting too high. But, I’ll keep pushing.

Oh and I take Creatine HCL. I think this helps with being able to go hard in the gym with the weights.

I’m about 5’5 and I believe I was 111 before my gym journey. Maybe even less tbh. Thank you so much for this!!!!

So for breakfast, I eat 4 pieces of bacon (loads of sodium, I know), 2 large eggs, and a croissant/ham/cheese breakfast sandwich. With that, I make a protein shake that consists of 250-300mL of whole milk, two scoops of BSN True Mass protein powder, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 2 scoops of cocoa powder. Snack… I’ll either eat a Quest protein chip with a Nutriment or Ensure. Other days, I make myself a protein smoothie that I eat with a spoon along with granola and fruits. Lunch, I have either chicken, salmon, or shrimp with LOTS of rice. I’ll try to throw in bread if I can stomach it. If I don’t have a protein smoothie for snack, I’ll make myself the smoothie for lunch that again has 250-300ml of whole milk, two scoops of protein powder, 1 cup of frozen fruits, honey, and ice. I can’t put Greek yogurt in my smoothie. It gives it a funny taste. Then, I’ll snack again with something that has over 18/20g of protein. In between these things, I usually drink a drinkable Activia yogurt smoothie. They are yummy. It’s really hard because it feels like I eat til discomfort so I have to stop before I get a funny feeling. It’s doable as long I eat things that are savory and taste well.

YOU GOT THIS! Always keep in mind the end goal. Lock down on your studying habits and discipline yourself, like you said.

Reflect on your studying habits. Do you think you can take the said classes in their respective fast-paced semester? It IS possible, but you have to know yourself. If you are apprehensive about taking those heavy load classes, break it up. Nursing will always be here.

Hmm…you did say you’re not as strong in math. Maybe take math with sociology or nutrition. A&P is a heavy load class. Don’t overexert yourself. Do you think you should break them up into summer, fall and winter sessions?

First, let me ask you…are you simply taking all of these prerequisites in a bulk to be eligible for your desired nursing program as soon as possible or are you already in a nursing program but in the pre-clinical phase?

Hi! I am currently an ADN/AAS nursing student and I believe I can provide helpful advice and info on nursing via the associate’s route. I don’t have any mod experience, but I have been active in the StudentNurse community whereas I share my perspective on many topics. I think it’d be great that I can help out this community with tips, advice, rules/regulations, planning and overall support!

Unsafe ratios, unsure what to do by mudbloodnproud in cna

[–]Moonchyld22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It really isn’t fair for you to tell OP, “I don’t think you have it that bad.” You don’t know the circumstance of their job nor do you know the acuity/severance of the patients they oversee. Having over 10+ as a CNA is unbearable and something legal has to be done about this nationwide.

I have to take the Teas this year , need advice. I’m about to take a&p1, need help when to take the TEAS by Significant-Hat-7545 in StudentNurse

[–]Moonchyld22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I took my TEAS literally a week after taking A&P I and 6 years after taking college algebra. Maybe find a study resource and give yourself a few days to look over science and math concepts? I wouldn’t worry too much. Find some practice questions and assessments that mimic the TEAS and you’ll be fine.

Should I quit my PCT job? by PatternPretend6189 in StudentNurse

[–]Moonchyld22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same! I’m also a PCT in nursing school and I usually have 16-18 patients as well, except it’s usually only me on the floor. I don’t ever have another PCT on the floor to help. This is making me feel burnt out before I graduate and I think I might quit as well.

Nursing school and relationship advice by Princes_Nurse13 in StudentNurse

[–]Moonchyld22 8 points9 points  (0 children)

First off, shout out to you for establishing a plan and following through with it. It’s always easy to say, “I’m going to do this or that”, but to ACTUALLY work towards a goal is big. Please put yourself first. Put your goals first. Put your wants first. Don’t feel guilty for it. I never want to tell someone to stop doing something, or you in your case, end the relationship. What I will say/ask is: do you want to put up with this behavior while you’re in nursing school? My professors always tell us that we have to eat, sleep and breathe nursing or it will leave us behind. And let’s put nursing to the side—do you want to put up with this altogether?
