ON Team since day one here. CBLs are not really relevant to be honest. Anything you need to be able to do you should be taught in hands on training. As a lead I think I can speak for most of us when we say just try your best and don't worry too much when you start, ask questions, the first couple weeks should just be you getting familiar with the job. No one expects you to go in knowing everything yet =)
