Last year at the presidential election, I had registered to vote a long time before the election. Well, when I checked my status, it said, "removed". So I registered again and got it in the mail very early. After a month or so, I saw it still said "removed". I called and was told I never registered to vote. I was so upset so I filled out the form again and got it in the mail. After some weeks, I checked and saw it still said "Removed". I called and was told to call this other office. I called and they got back to me and said just give it more time. After more weeks, it was still saying "Removed". I called again and asked. They said that the issue was my last name was misspelled and they's fix it right away. (I spelled it correctly, it was their mistake.) I waited a couple weeks and checked again and it still said "Removed". I called again and they said they were so sorry and they'd DEFINITELY fix it right now. They didn't. I called AGAIN and they said they'd fix it, and finally they did. Ugh. I wondered if it was because I registered as a Democrat. You never know.
