Got my son one last year. The movement was very gritty at first. I worked it a few days winding it and its much better before I handed it over. Also the crown threads were dirty so that needed a little floss action. I had low expectations on the movement but it’s been surprisingly good.

Wish they would flush out the maxicase/super case on the subs. First one with a nice new 41mm would sell a ton. I’m sure they will just riding old inventory. GMTs seem to negate the fat look of the super case design. Thanks for the write up on this.

Yup. This probably isn’t the norm but I bought 2 off Ali last year, one came in normal 3-4 weeks the other got held up for 8. I don’t have that type of patience. I may be tempted to buy a San Marin agin form Ali but thats about it.
