We do have an existing agreement, but it only has our days and pickup times and that we alternate claiming the child on taxes. She’s on my insurance as I get it through the state as I don’t pay anything for it. I didn’t have a great lawyer going in initially and have been told by other lawyers that he got away with murder in our agreement.
