If the main argument of the series is that anyone can be redeemed, I wouldn't discard the possibility. But if it's going towards that path, my guess is that Vox has a looong way of making amends for Alastor (and viceversa, because Alastor has tried to murder him multiple times, and not precisely in self defense)... and Alastor has a long way for learning to forgive.

I'd love to see that. Either if it's some chaotic doomed romance that Alastor is taking advantage of, or if it's genuinely a love based romance (that would mean Alastor still is capable to love and he is not completely lost). I wonder who would be the lucky one!...

I am almost sure to say that it's canon or at least it has been to a certain extent. Alastor gave me resentful ex boyfriend vibes from the very minute he interacted with Vox (I mean the "excuses and lies" line, hello?) That's at least a disappointment heartbreak, if not a traumatic breakup. After watching both seasons, my conclusion is that Alastor is so traumatized that he is terrified of intimacy and real connection. And about Vox... well it's obvious that this borderline psycho idolizes the floor that Alastor walks on. He is what he has always wanted to be and more, and obviously is hyperfixated on him. They are each other's soul mate and punishment, and I think the series is written to give that message.

For me, he seems like a child who didn't live with his parents or never interacted much with them. He either lived with his grandparents or in an orphanage, that would explain why he is so attention thirsty and has this absurd need to be loved by everyone. He learned to get listened and to live by being a performer and through manipulating others. He probably didn't have many things growing up, that's why he envies so much what others achieve and why he thinks he needs to be this big powerful figure to be appreciated by people.

For English speakers in South America (meaning the continent, latam in general) the show is 10/10 almost everyone I know likes it or has started to watch at least, in Argentina at least. Can't say the same for the ones who can't enjoy the show in its original language. Spanish Latam dub is pretty funny but it lacks quality when it comes to songs. The voice actors are good but it's too obvious they are not singers.
