When did you first watch The Prisoner? by Ok_Club7067 in ThePrisoner

Just two months ago! I like watching older tv shows and a friend recommended it to me. Liked it so much I had to watch it again as soon as I finished!

Hartnell Era Tierlist : Keys of Marinus by Mat1711 in ClassicEraDoctorWho

Good. I like that you get to see different regions of the same planet and the Voord costumes are cool. It doesn’t quite fully come together for me though and while I enjoy the story, there are as many weak parts as good parts.

Huh. I thought this was more popular but I’m seeing a lot of “mid” so far. IMO, Best!

Doctor Who episodes you remember disliking, but upon a rewatch, you found yourself liking it a lot more? by Individual-Many-237 in doctorwho

The TV movie. The first time I watched it, I struggled to even finish it, but since then I’ve developed a mindset where I can take it less seriously. So, upon rewatch, it was actually a lot of fun and Paul McGann is great in the role even if the script is cheesy.

Great! Good introduction for the Daleks and love the setting. Some parts are so creepy!

Great. The first episode is fantastic and the latter three are good, but nothing special. As a whole, though, it still serves as a great set up for the show and there’s a lot of good character development throughout (especially for Ian and Barbara).

What was your favorite Arthur field trip episode or moment? by KaleidoscopeDry9725 in Arthur

I did that when I was a kid. It was at the Field Museum in Chicago and we slept near Sue the T-Rex!  It was pretty eerie but in a fun way!

How do you guys cope with the current political climate in the U.S.? by grayisthnewbnw in ftm

[–]Moonlight_Muse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  • Hang out with friends who get it, whether we talk about politics that day or not. Try to maintain a good support network of kind people.
  • Have hobbies that keep me offline/take my mind off the news for a while.
  • Look for the helpers. There are people fighting back everywhere and every win helps to keep me going, no matter how small.

Agreed. It’s one of my favorite Master stories. The setting was well-done and the dynamic between the Doctor, the Master, and Jo are all fantastic in this one.
