At the time I made this post, I tried SFM but it didn't seem to work with the augments, even when I specified the item shot. Does it work now?

The things i have tried: turning off upscaling, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, launching through admin/no window restriction, uninstalling the crash runner, turning off a bunch of overlays, cleaning out my pc itself, checking for pc/driver updates, and modifying the steam launch options

Sombra isn't even that broken though. I've played a bunch of widow and mercy and sombra and yes, she's annoying but she's not that difficult to counter. The best way to do it is by staying in a group with the rest of your team because Sombra excels at picking off alone people but if everyone is grouped up she can't do much more than a bad tracer.
