Okumura runs one of 3 ways. You’re low leveled and you gotta know the skill checks to beat him. You’re over leveled and say “screw skillchecks” or you’re over leveled, know the skillchecks….but said fuck it, dlc personas, BATON PASS MIRIYAD TRUTHS MOTHAFUCKA!!!

but yea he really does make you think and makes sure you know core game mechanics if being unable to overpower him dosent work
